Our dearest Granny Pat,

Always there to wave at us over the fence or through the window or patio door, always smiling.

Always sorting out any sewing our family needed, doing the sewing for our dancing outfits of many sequins. Whenever Iona needed an outfit for school you were there with the best ideas. When David was unwell you had a selection of hats you had knitted for him, these hats are still dearly loved and worn daily.

Looking after our tomatoes and other plants and nurturing them well. 

The joy of hearing your bedtime stories with Iona and always full of advice and wisdom with our girls.

Not our Granny through blood but the love and friendship you gave our whole family we felt Granny Pat was the most appropriate name. 

You will be dearly missed.
